No flight to Europe required — this summer, Le Café takes you on a culinary journey across the Continent. Our third-season theme, "Savoring Europe: A Midsummer Culinary Journey," brings together classic dishes from France, Britain, Italy, and the Mediterranean coast, inviting you to savor the diverse flavors of Europe in a lavish buffet setting.

The French classic Burgundy-braised Beef Cheek slow-cooks beef cheek with onion, carrot, and herbs until meltingly tender, its sauce infused with the sweetness of vegetables and the aroma of wine — the warm, mellow soul of French country cooking. For a taste of Britain, the Battered Fish & Chips with Honey Mustard wraps tender fish fillets in a golden crust, fried crisp and served with freshly cooked fries and a honey-mustard dip that balances savory with a hint of sweet.

The Beltfish Rolls in Cognac Lobster Sauce feature a rich sauce simmered for hours from lobster shells, vegetables, and tomato, finished with a touch of cognac — the delicate elegance of French cuisine, where sweet beltfish meets the essence of the sea. The Orange-scented Red Mullet Salad marinates the fish in a house dressing of orange juice and white wine vinegar, its fresh citrus fragrance and gentle acidity making it the most Mediterranean of summer appetizers.
