The culinary journey begins with a chilled draft beer, followed by a delightful sequence featuring sweet shrimp with yam and okra jelly, five kinds of fresh sashimi, Miyazaki steamed scallops in sake, truffle seafood tempura, and a grilled A5 Wagyu beef main course-each dish crafted with exquisite care. Additional highlights include grilled Hokkaido Kichiji rockfish in sweet soy sauce, sea urchin and salmon roe monaka sushi, and sea bream soup. The set concludes with seasonal fruits and ice cream, offering an elegant autumn dining escape in the heart of the city.
