From October 1 to December 31, Ming Court Restaurant proudly presents “Crab Symphony”, showcasing seasonal Taiwanese Virgin Crabs and premium imported King Crabs. Infused with the culinary essence of both Cantonese and Chaozhou cuisines, Executive Chef Yue Guang-Ming curates six exquisite creations, including the signature Stir-fried Mud Crab with Black Pepper & Butter, Chaozhou style Cols Crab, Crystal King Crab, and crab-flavored dim sum, showing the ultimate taste of autumn crabs.
