As the seasons shift and spring quietly arrives, Le Café at The Hotel Royal-Nikko Taipei unveils its seasonal dining theme for the first quarter of 2026 — “Spring Feast of Chinese Flavors.” Centered around classic Chinese cuisine, the menu draws inspiration from Sichuan, Beijing, Cantonese, and Northeastern culinary traditions, presenting a refined selection of familiar yet refreshing springtime dishes.

This special menu features nine carefully curated items, from light starters to hearty mains, concluding with a nourishing dessert — each capturing the festive essence of renewal and reunion.

To begin, guests can enjoy a trio of cold appetizers:Qianlong Cabbage, Sliced Beef and Ox Tripe in Chili Sauce, and Marinated Wood Ear Mushrooms, setting a crisp and elegant tone for the meal.

For hot entrées, the menu includes:Sweet and Sour Fish, Pork Ribs with Aged Vinegar Sauce, and Spicy Stir-fried Chicken, showcasing the diverse flavors of Chinese cuisine.

The mains continue with:Seafood Fried Rice with Mullet Roe and Pork and Pickled Cabbage Hotpot, perfect for warming the spirit in early spring.The feast concludes with a gentle sweetness —Apple and White Fungus Dessert Soup, a light and comforting finale to this seasonal journey.
