Chefs from Nakayama Restaurant at Hotel Royal-Nikko Taipei delivered an outstanding performance at the 2025 Taiwan Culinary Art Challenge (TCAC),

an international event hailed as the "Olympics of Culinary Arts."
Chef Hung-Hsun Liu earned the Gold Award, while Chef Chia-Ching Chen was honored with the Silver Award in the highly competitive Professional Sushi Category.
