  • Chilled Appetizer: Poached Penghu Neritic Squid with Vinaigrette features premium squid delivered fresh from the source, flash-frozen to lock in its crisp, bouncy texture. It is served with a zesty honey-lemon sea salt vinaigrette for a refreshing finish.

  • Dim Sum: Steamed Scallop, Shrimp, and Asparagus Dumplings harmoniously blend the natural sweetness of the sea, while the Deep-fried Eggplant Stuffed with Minced Shrimp offers a masterful play on textures—a crispy golden exterior with a juicy, tender filling, complemented by a tangy-sweet Thousand Island dip.
