Infused with the culinary essence of both Cantonese and Chaozhou cuisines, Executive Chef Yue Guang-Ming curates six exquisite creations, including the signature Stir-fried Mud Crab with Black Pepper & Butter, Chaozhou style Cols Crab, Crystal King Crab, and crab-flavored dim sum, showing the ultimate taste of autumn crabs.
