Notice of System Maintenance

Thank you for your continued patronage of Okura Nikko Hotels.
Due to the revamp of the One Harmony membership program, member services will be temporarily suspended during the following period.


 

Maintenance Period

From 12:00 a.m. (JST), March 23, 2026 to 10:00 a.m. (JST), April 1, 2026 (scheduled)

Services will resume as soon as maintenance is completed.

 

Services Unavailable During Maintenance

During the maintenance period, sign-in will be suspended.

As a result, the following services will not be available:

  • Member-rate reservations and reservation changes
  • Viewing point balances and updating account information
  • Point redemption

Points for eligible stays may take some time to accumulate.
In addition, new membership registration will also be temporarily suspended during this period.

 

Reservations During the Maintenance Period

Member-rate reservations will not be available online during the system maintenance period. If you are planning a stay during this period, please make reservations before the maintenance starts.

 

Even if you make a reservation at the regular rate during the system maintenance period, we will apply the member rate at check-in, provided that you inform us of your membership status.

 

Please note that this does not apply to plans that do not offer member rates or to plans that have been prepaid. Thank you for your understanding.

 

You can check or cancel existing reservations using your email address and reservation number.

 

*Please note that during the maintenance period, the One Harmony Office and individual hotels will also be unable to assist with the above services.


 

Major Changes After the Program Revamp

Please review the following updates that will take effect after the revamp.

 

1.Reservations via Travel Agencies

Only direct bookings made through official websites will be eligible for benefits and point accrual under the new program.
Stays with a check-out date on or after March 23, 2026, will not be eligible if booked through a travel agency, regardless of the reservation date.

 

2.Stay Award Updates

The required number of points for Stay Awards will be reduced.
The new conditions will apply to stays with check-in dates on or after June 1, 2026 (Reservations open from April 1, 2026).

 

3.Bonus Points

Bonus points equivalent to 25% of your point balance as of March 22, 2026, will be granted between May and June 2026.

 

4.Account Display

With the program revamp, the display of your member account will be updated.
After the revamp, you will still be able to view your point balance and stay history.
However, please note that any stay history prior to the revamp will no longer be available.
