Various styles of food are served on the first through third floors of the hotel. A fine bakery is located on the first floor. Le Caf'e and Nakayama Japanese restaurant are on the second floor. Ming Court Cantonese restaurant and Banquet Room are on the third floor.

The bakery supplies freshly baked desserts including bread,cakes, pies etc. Le Caf'e offers self-served buffet food from different countries. Nakayama caters formal Japanese cuisine. Royal Lunge is ideal for socializing with friends or casual business talk. Ming Court features classical Cantonese cuisine prepared by chef professionally trained in Hong Kong.

Corkage charge:
Red/white wine: NT$300 per bottle
Spirits and strong liquor: NT$500 per bottle
