Exquisite Hokkaido Celebration of the Sea Savors Authentic Supreme Flavor Indulge in authentic Hokkaido delicacies without leaving Taiwan. Delivering a variety of local specialty ingredient of Hokkaido's directly to Nakayama restaurant, we showcase a selection of limited set meals featuring Hokkaido's renowned scallops, snow crabs, sea urchin, and wagyu beef. These dishes exemplify the pride of Hokkaido's culinary heritage. Our evening Hokkaido special kaiseki set menu is priced at NT$3,880 per person, plus a 10% service charge. Customers ordering this set menu will also have the chance to participate in a lucky draw, with prizes including a three-day, two-night stay voucher at JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo and round-trip tickets from Taipei to Hokkaido on Japan Airlines.
