Hotel royal-nikko Taipei awarded the "Trusted Cleanliness Badge" Hotel royal-nikko taipei has been committed to offer the best service, with "reassuring, safety, and comfort" as core value. During the epidemic, we strengthened the cleaning in details throughout the whole hotel and implemented the highest standards of epidemic prevention. It was awarded "Trusted Cleanliness Badge, Hygiene Management Badge" in 2021 by Trust You, the world's largest customer feedback platform management. The standards of "Trusted Cleanliness Badge " are defined by global health regulatory organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), etc. The assessment covers basic health services, environmental safety and other categories. In response to COVID-19, more than 50 categories have been set up to conduct inspections, that focus on the aspects of personnel, sanitation measures, and facility services. For hotels to be qualified, they must pass at least 70% in each category, and the final integrated evaluation must amount to 80%. Hotel royal-nikko taipei not only met 80% of the certification requirements, but was also awarded a high score of 97.43%.
